Mr Ganesh and Super 30 : Antithesis of Intellectual Pragmatism of Bihar

In the Quest of Bottom-Line 

{May-June 2017 is hot not only because of extreme aggressive summer but also because of the heated debate on Bihar Board Topper Mr Ganesh; and grand glam-slam entry of all Super 30 students in the premier IITs of the nation.}

 Nation wide roar and aggression is being showcased from street to the sophisticated towers pitying the Bihar Board Result 2017. Hardly, the government could shutter down the nationally staged drama by a arresting a few including Mr Ganesh, the Board topper. 

Why should only Mr Ganesh be arrested...???

Why should the academic stakeholders not be thrashed behind the bar under whose clutches the whole education system of Bihar in particular; and India in general is choked and suffocating ruthlessly...???

Onus lies on whom...???

 Let us introspect...
Who is the real culprit...???

The Topper, The Exam, The Teaching Learning System, The Government Or No Body...!!!
 Let me dare to voice the unspoken by pointing out my fingers into the direction that remain unnoticed so far...!!! The reason sustaining the longevity of this cancer lies in the compromising method of the recruitment of Academicians and the same is mutilating and maiming the Indian Progeny.

The same state has been scripting the mind blowing monumental success story in the premises of Super : 30 under the academic leadership of Dr Anand. His professional commitment converted the small class room into the Modular Incubation Center for Manufacturing Geniuses and enabling them live up to their dreams.

Consequently, the whole academic sector needs to be overhauled. It won't be so easy and smooth. Like demonetization, it will also demand huge courage and massive polical will. Till then, one must console oneself OR be forcefully ready to welcome adolescents and youths like Mr Ganesh as educational toppers...!!!

Mr Santosh Kumar Singh opines on above questions by considering them as 'Valid point...' and also recommends that ...

"After 10th or 10+2 there must be entrance tests for admission in higher studies at all private or govt colleges and universities and eligibility mustn't be marks obtained in board exams... all qualified in boards should be eligible for entrance tests."

But, we must see and try to map out the root of the cancer before summing up the diagnostic inferences and prescribing or proscribing the therapy :

Problem is not of entrance exam. Problem begins when quality diluted, the evaluation is compromised; and examination process is hindered with malicious motives...!!! So called teachers start working as goons, dalals and salesman of the education system...!!! Those who are recruited; awarded promotions based on everything, except performance and merit...!!!
